DAILY SKIN ROUTIE

  1. CLEANSE: Use a gentle cleanser to remove dirt, oil and makeup. This should be done twice a day, in the morning and before you go to bed

  2. EXFOLIATE: 1-2 times a week to remove dead skin cells and promote cell turnover. Avoid over exfoliating as this can lead to irritated skin

  3. TONING: apply a toner to balance your skins pH levels and prepare for the next step!

  4. MOISTURISE: Never forget to moisturise, this will keep your skin well hydrated

  5. SUN PROTECTION: a step we all forget, apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with atleast SPF30 everyday even on the cloudy days to protect your skin from harmful UV rays

  • STAY HYDRATED: drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your skin hydrated from inside out

  • HEALTHY DIET: eat a well balanced diet rick in fruits, vegetables and health fats to nourish your skin 

  • GET ENOUGH SLEEP: aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night to allow your skin to repair and regenerate

  • AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE: We all do it, however keep your hands away from your face to prevent the transfer of dirt and bacteria

  • MANAGE STRESS: Practice stress reducing activities such as yoga, meditation, journaling, walking or exercise to keep your skin looking its best!
